When to release
Best at dusk or after sunset, when temperatures are mild (55–80°F). Avoid mid-day heat and direct sun — ladybugs will disperse too quickly.
How to release
Lightly mist plants and soil before release. Open the container at the base of plants showing pest pressure. Release a portion now and keep the rest refrigerated for staggered releases over 5–7 days for best results.
What they eat
Aphids are their primary food source. They also feed on small soft-bodied pests like mealybugs, scale crawlers, whitefly nymphs, and insect eggs.
Storage
Refrigerate at 35–45°F in the original ventilated container until release. Do not freeze. Plan to release within 1–2 weeks for best vitality.
Shipping
Ships chilled with insulated packaging from California. We dispatch Mon–Wed only to avoid weekend transit. Transit time varies by carrier and destination.
